Went wheelin' this last weekend, used the bright lights (night wheelin' /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif), now the darn lights are stuck on bright. It's an '86 w/ tilt column. I'm sure I'm not the only one that has had this happen, but from my search efforts, I for the life of me couldn't find another post about it. So what did you do to remedy the problem? I've had the dimmer switch stick before, but never stay stuck. Thanks all.

Probably the switch is out of adjustent. You can see the rod running down to it (I think) if you look under the dash. Two screws allow you to adjust it. May be easier to drop the column. (two 15MM nuts, plus assorted trim pieces IIRC)
