Does anyone know if you can still buy the white perforated vinyl(?) headliner material anywhere? I'd think it would be pretty common, upholstery shops maybe?

I needed a new headliner, my friend gave me the saggy one out of his truck. Cardboard is great, the material completely came off of it. Held it up against the cardboard, it had shrunk over the years about 4". Surprised it stayed up at all! Not worth it trying to work that material if I can get new...

I worked at an upholstery shop, you can't buy that white vinyl stuff. What I did was use white headliner material, it is fabric and the style that the 88-91 k5's used, I like it a lot better. But if you want, LMC sells what you need.

3. The vinyl stuff is almost non existent, but you can probably get someone to come to you and replace it with the fabric material for $40-$50. They will do it to match your interior, or any color you request. I have had two vehicles done in the last three years, and the most I paid was $65. Dependant on which part of the Country you're in, the price may be a little higher/lower. The guy that did it said it will last about 7-8 years. Look in the classified ads for people that do "auto trim."

Replace it with carpeting that match's your trucks interior. Mine came loose yeeers ago, and I glued carpeting to the back board.Esy job ! Quiets down the noise and will last longer.
Looks great, like stock

Cheyenne Pick-up Parts has perforated vinyl in the new catalog, but it's not clear if you have to buy the board with it of if you can get it without foam. Worth a shot. www.cheyennepickup.com

I'm in the process of making a headliner, and IMO, unless you're going for pure OEM look, there's much better looking vinyl available at any fabric store. I just picked up a few yards of really good, thick vinyl that looks just like leather from the sale table at a local store. Only $2 a yard.
