I've getting sores in my mouth, bruisning easily for no apparent reason, and have been getting bad headaches.

Is there a vitamin deficiency that could cause this?

    Do I have the plague?

    Too much booze lately?

Try starting popping a multivitamin every night, and drink more water.

On second thought, all of those happen to me when I get dehydrated, and don't do anything about it. Drink more water.

75% of all headaches comes from dehydration. Drink clear fluids.

Coffee, soda, and beer/liquor are diuretics that makes you piss more (which explains why hangovers involve headaches). So don't count these as hydration fluids. Water and gatorade are my chose for rehydration fluids.

Mouth sores is a form of herpes.

Bruise easy: Are you on blood-thinners? Have you been taking aspirin lately?
Advil? (All these keep your blood from clotting)

While it is true that mouth sores are a form of herpes, it isn't the same thing as you get "down there".

I occasionally get them too. Normally they appear when I am really stressed about something, and the worse the stress, the bigger the sore. Other times I get them when I am a bit under the weather, and my immune system isn't quite as strong. Unfortunately, there really isn't a whole lot you can do about them, though you can get stuff over the counter at the pharmacy that coats them with a numbing gel that hardens up. It takes the pain right out, and keeps them coated to promote healing

Go see a Doctor. Most likely the above are correct, but why mess with your health? At least call a health line.

If you do start taking a multi-vitamin (or any other vitamin) don't take it with any cafeinated drinks. Take it an hour or so before you drink coffee or pot or take it at night before you go to bed. Diuretics can make them pass through your system before they absorbed into your body.

Easy bruising is sometimes a sign of iron deficiency, although considering your job I doubt you have been not eating meat. If it is iron, spinach and red meat are good sources.
