    I have a TH350 behind a 350ci engine making about 400 lb. ft.

It won't take off nice and smooth any more.

Warm or cold the feeling I get in first from a stop is like when you let out the clutch off time in a standard tranny. It's jerky and slow to apply power.

After I am going and warm the 2-3 shift is good. Also when it is cold it won't down-shift well.

I would like to know your thoughts on what it might be.

Oh, I have checked the fluid level, it is perfect.

    Any help is appreciated. :1zhelp:
