When the truck is in 4 wheel and the hubs are locked I get a strange clunking noise comming outa the front axle when accelerating moderately/heavy and when turning. It's a 10 bolt front... and it doesn't make the noise when in two wheel. anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Most likely a worn u joint, either on the axles, or the driveline. Wouldn't make a noise when the front axle is disengaged.

Well I took another look at it and it looks like the CV joint on the front driveshaft may be making contact with the crossmember below it while under medium/heavy torque. Maybe my mounts are bad?
