HELP,i have some cod fillets. how should i cook them?

    My sister saute's yellowtails in butter and champange.
    dip the fillets in milk and drege in flour and saute....:bow:

    i have no champange. but the rest sounds great.milk and flour, just butter no oil??

    i have no champange. maybe i can replace it with STUBBS chile-lime spice rub??:haha: it smells good.

    Me English wife says, pat it dry, flower it, egg wash it, coat it in a flour, salt and pepper mixture, deep fry it..............:wink1:

    thats what i was thinking.but i was also looking for new ideas.:D sushi maybe??:haha: :haha: you can't get salimander poisening from fish can you??:laugh: :laugh:
