Hello,I need help making a hard decision...I just bought a 1978 GMC 1/2ton 4X4 shortbed with 3in. of body lift on top of the 4inch lift-kit with 35" tires.Right now its got a 350 w/holley carb, performance cam and "rocker-rollers?",I'm pretty sure its a T350 trans.,and he told me theres a shift kit on it.He also said "the rear end is geared(4:11 he thinks?) to drive with the motor thats in it so the truck will NOT work right if I swap a 350TBI/700r/n.p.208 onto the truck...Is he full of crap?
