I guess this is just another plea of many for votes - Im #21 in the ballot. I just finished putting all new sheetmetal on the burb and painting it so if you appreciate carnage help me out out ...
    specs on my burb are:
70 burb shortened 30", narrowed 10" thru the cab, 28" at the rear and 20" at the grille, 5300 lbs - 2800 lbs front axle, 2500 lbs rear with tools and 42 spare
-all aluminum 383 with holley commander 950 injection
    -nv4500, 203/205 with re-clocked 205, almost flat skid plate with tubular x-member
-8" skyjacker 73-87 fronts, shackle flip and 56" 4" rear springs with 2.5" swayaways ( rear 4 link and coilovers next month)
-60 front chromoly 35 spline thruought with arb and high steer. 5.13s
    -eaton rear with 5.13s, detroit
-tube core support with hella rally 4000's for headlights
    -shiny green new paint
Thanks a ton guys, and if you have any more empty spots on ypur voting my buddy Don would love to go too, the silver willys that was just in fourwheeler. I think he is #7 and its kind of a chevy;) its on the left in the bottom picture. I 'll throw a new picture of it up on 44 boggers, waaaaay better looking now.

I only want to know one thing......if the front end was narrowed 20-inches what does the "CHEVROLET" embossing on the grille say now???

Your answer will determine my vote!

Side note, I bought an issue of whatever that Willy's was in just cause it was in there. That thing is BAD

There is actually a willys just like it up the street from my house, its just sitting there without a bed in disrepair. Doesn't look rusted out. I want it.

better believe I will vote for that. I've been considering trying to find the owner of the one near me and making an offer. I have a while before I am suppossed to start my chassis fab class. That would make a sweeter project than my S10 :)

Thanks for all the replys guys!! The grille does now say "chet" - better than a friends narrowed rig that says FD - you know what that was:p: The mog axles went to Canada - after getting them they were just waay bigger than I wanted. It would take 49's to justify them and that actually bigger than I want. Im thinking down the road possibly 404 axles and 42's. Don has another willys hes building for his wife - a wagon with a vortec 454 to serve as a daily driver. We all give him hell for how pretty it was, its got some trail rash built up now
