    I'm looking at two pcs, and one advertises the ram running at 400 mhz, as opposed to the 533 that I usually see.

    Is this going to be an issue for upgrading later? Is there a big difference?

    One PC is probably using DDR/400 RAM and the other is probably using DDR2/533 RAM. IMO there isn't much difference....a bit of speed but that is it. One thing to remember though, is that DDR2 is the newer standard that most PCs are going to. That being said, the PC that I built in February uses DDR400. So, that technology is still viable.

    What are the specs of each PC?

    FYI ... you will NOT like media center edition AT ALL!


    and that second pc has a WAY better processor.
