Here is an update. I got a 203 tcase and a rear driveshaft from MJF. With some new u-joints the driveshaft will work great. That should get me by until I can get my dually back up and running. Thanks Mike!!!!!

Update again: I put the 203 tcase in today. Non of the driveshafts I got are gonna work though. I will send the driveshaft that MJF gave me over to get a new end on it and that will take care of that. I still need an output yoke for the rear of a NP 203. Anybody have one lying around??? I do have my rig driveable for now but wouldn't want to drive it very hard or go wheelin with it until I get the driveshaft fixed and get a new output yoke.

Thanks to all who have helped get me back on the road!!
    David

Soooo David, I guess this means you're not coming to pick up the top this week end. /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif
Well I was at pick n pull yesterday and I found a bunch of 203 Tcases.
I was in stockton and in sacramento.
As for the drive shaft, I have one that I had just bought when my 203 went south and had to replace it with a 205 so different shaft.
Let me know what you want to do.
I will be working in Tahoe until 1pm tomorrow, but after that I can and would go to pick n pull and grab you one and take it to you with the driveshaft, for a small fee.
Or you can go to stockton and pick one up, drive with front wheel drive and come here and pick the driveshaft up. /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif
Let me know what you want to do.

I have my stock rear driveshaft from my 208 slip yoke. Can you use any parts from that? I was planning on hitting PnP tomorrow so I'll keep an eye out for you.

I have a 203 tcase. It was mated to a 350 & I have the adapter. I also have a driveshaft from a LWB truck. It had a 205 & was a 14B rear. If any of this will help, let me know.

    Pick n pull in stockton.
I think there is only one.
    3927 clark drive
    Stockton CA
    pick n pull locations
There are more locations maybe one would be closer to you, check the link above.
203 are not the hot item, so every time I go I find a couple. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
And if you need the driveshaft, mine is for a 4" lift 203 setup.

    Re: Help needed!!!

I just re-read the post. I thought you had broken the truck, but i see it was the blazer.
I have a stock driveshaft from a blazer that was for a 203. I broke the front ujoint & banged it a little when it fell out onto the ground. It's been out in the rain so I don't know how bad it rusted.

    Re: Help needed!!!

I have the Marv Springer set-up so I need a stock rear driveshaft. Thanks for the address. Sorry but due to a wrong exhaust manifold and the dealer needs to special order it, I don't have the dually ready. I'll try for next weekend.

    Later,

I know it put a few gouges in it when it hit the ground but i don't know if it was bad nough to make it become unbalanced.
I should be around tomorrow. As far as price: You're a big dawg, so you can have it if you need it to get you running again.

    Re: Help needed!!!

Thanks for the offer Joe. I will try and get something locally or at least not 4 hours away. That's too far to drive on front wheel drive with a locker.

Nothing at PnP. The only 4x4 I saw had a 350/205 combo and the driveshaft was shot.

David, where do you live again? I have to drive to Fairfield tomorrow afternoon to pick up my snowboard from my friend. Bill lives not too far from me.... I could get the drive shaft and meet you someplace along I-80... that is you live in the Bay Area right? Works perfect too I need to drop off a welding video to Bill anyhow... lemme know!
