Have an 86' Sub with a 6.2 diesel. The brake fluid from the rear reservoir on the master cylinder has been dissapearing. There is a small hole inbetween the master cyl and hydroboost unit on the bottom and is leaking out of there. Would it be a correct in thinking the rear seal of the master cyl is out or could it be a seal problem with the hydroboost? Little scary when you try to stop and the pedal goes to the floor.

    Thanks
    Shannon

Hey your master cylinder is leaking . If the hydoboost was leaking you would see a drop in power steering fluid
