Ok guys, I need some "simple help" here! What is the Spicer number for the crossover u-joint, to go from a 1310 (10 bolt) to a 1350 (14 bolt). It would be a 1310 on 1 side, & 1350 on the other. Thanks! I tried the search, but nothing came up.

You either need Napa part number 348 or 447.
The difference between the 348 and the 447 is that the 348 has the external snap rings, the 447 has the internal c-clips.

Its not 1310 on the driveline side it is a mechanics 3 cap which is just slightly a different size than a 1310. Thats why 10 and 12 bolt u-joints are not interchangeable.

I am pretty sure your U-joint size on your current driveshaft is a 1330. So you need a 1330 to a 1350 U-joint. Sorry but I can't find my old one to get the part number from right now.

1330 is on a twelve bolt, he has an 87', should be a 10bolt with 1310yoke side,mech.3 on driveshaft side.

"87" and "89" 10 bolts use the same size U-joint, mine from the factory was a 1330. /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

    12 bolts use a #1310.

    To go from a 10 bolt (1330) to a 14 bolt (1350) he should need a Napa #447. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

I just did the conversion from 10bolt to 14bff and napa 447 was the wrong ujoint. I ended up getting one from Carquest. Im pretty sure the 10bolt is 1310. Ill find the receipt to be sure.

1310 has u-bolt style straps 1330 uses a flat style strap. 1310 is on front dana 60 or dana 44. all 10 bolts front or rear use 1330's. check your dana 60 match up the u-joints. I'll bet the 10 bolt u-joint is bigger then the 60.

A 1330 measures 3-5/8" across just like a 1350, only with 1-1/16" caps instead of 1-3/16". The 1310 is about 3-1/4" across with 1-1/16" caps. Of course there's inside and outside clip versions - just to make things fun /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

Napa #348 if your goin 12 bolt to 14b ff.
Napa #447 if your goin 10 bolt to 14b ff.

Those ae not written in stone however. When we did Gokartergo's 3/4 ton swap. niether of those was right. Turned out to be Napa #448. He had some odd drive shaft yoke.
