I already posted this in the diesel and 2nd generation forum but for more exposure here is my question again...

In the '83, when I turn the ignition switch, the glow plugs light will not come on, no click, and it's not allowing the truck to start.

Don't know if this matters, but yesterday after the truck started and ran fine, the light would come back on.

Any ideas? I'm new to diesel and am clueless.

well charlie, can't help you with the glow plugs, but wanted to let you know i sold that lift to nonesuch, the one we traded for, your 4 inch for my 2 inch; leafs, ubolts, blocks and 2 shocks, figured this would be easier than shipping or meeting since he already lives in austin, so when he calls or comes by you can go ahead and give it to him, thanks, jeff
