Yeah it needs more bling!!! I liked black bumpers but Donna wanted silver, guess who lost!:doah: Pete, you bending tube by hand or do you have hydro on yours? I have Patricks bender here at the house to play with and was wondering what I am in for doing it manually.

I have hydro now, but did it manually in the beginning. It is not to bad, just make sure the bender is mounted very securely and use lots of WD40 on the tubing. Also, the longer you make the cheater bar for the rachet, the easier it is to bend 2"x.120" wall tube.:D

Pete, the plate on your winch bumper, is that all 1/4"? I am thinking 1/4" will be plenty for making the mounts.

Yep, it is 1/4" and is what I would recommend.

I have to do some more price checking on steel. I got a price on 1/4"x10"x10' yesterday and it was like $80 for 1 piece. They also wanted $7.80 per foot for 3"x3"x1/4" square tube.
