I like the dodge though the pitman arm is simply scary and is it just me or is the tierod bent? I just don't wnat to comment on the block... I mean ford.

Here is one more of the Dodge, needless to say, it takes him about a half a block to turn around. Also you can see it really get wheeled hard at the Mall.[IMG]

I have to admit that even though it's a show truck the fabrication is done good. I also noticed that they moved the drag link from the tie rod to the top of the passenger knuckle about the only thing that You can do on a truck like that to keep the steering safe. Also round tubing and not square tubing like some pile.

Here ya go. Not 'huge' trucks, but dez trucks. The thing to remember is that the steering on these trucks is built so you can steer the truck while the suspension is constantly cycling up and down.

i especially like the front suspension on the dodge. anyone else notice the brakets for the upper links? looks like he is using stock uppers and long lowers. and the trac bar looks horrible. lets not discuss the steering.

oooh didn't even noticed the trackbar vs drag link, and ok those links are messed up. The link Bowtiered posted is pretty good steering in my opinion. Looks like a 3" block on that steering knuckle Ford but thats all I can see I don't like. And let me look up something about dropping the steering box /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

yeah, it's a poser, but atleast it's done right, and yes, all by professional fabricators.

Well, I guess having the limiting straps, if that's what I see stretched out while at ride height is good, I guess. At least the axles are trussed. /forums/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif /forums/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif

It amazes me why people whith truck that have huge aftwer market dont do things right. If you dont have the money to do things 100% in the first place, dont start. Simple as that, it gives all of us a bad name...

dont see this happening, unless its Wally-style or full hydro. 75895945459" of lift + normal steering linkage just aint gonna cut it.

People are f'n stupid. They think they know what they are doing just cause they went down to the local car show, saw some ghetto fabbed pile of manure trailer queen built all f'ed up and they think that it was built the right way.
