I plan on going this year too for the first time. Its a bit of a drive but by Oct I should have the truck in good running shape so it should be no problem. Ive been wanting to go to Moab since I started wheelin and Ive wanted to go to the blazer bash since I found this site. hopefully Ill finaly get to go this year.

IF i go this year it will also be my first time going.

Thats why i wanna know if i need any thing done to my truck other then the basic LIFT, LOCKER, STRONG AXLES, and BIG tires.

just checked on mapquest, 17hrs 1122 miles from where I live. should be a pretty interesting trip. Id like to find someone or maybe a small group of people to meet up with and travel as a group but that will come later in the year. still got a few months to get all the planning done but Im pretty set on actually going this year.

Don't worry about what your rig does or does not have. Drive it and learn it as it is. Change things as you feel necessary. Don't let the fact that everyone else is doing *xxx* to their rig influence you.

You certainly don't need the most capable rig out there as long as you are reasonible in your efforts and know your own (and your rig's) limits you will not be dissapointed.

That is one of the best things about Moab. You WILL love it regardless of your rig's capability.

As far as where you go to find info about BB07, there is a section on here devoted only to blazer bash. I'll see ya there :waytogo:
