Ive been a busy boy.. no time for chevies anymore

I hated the anemic light my KLR had so I decided to fab up some aluminum and put twin stainless steel 9" HID self contained ballast lights on it.. while they arent technically street legal I have the lo beam setup so it isnt obnoxious... but man.. when they both come on... it looks like a nitesun from a helicopter.. flat amazing... all the while drawing the same or less current than the single junk stocker headlight

see.. I havent been building chevies anymore.. but Im still busy

blue tape is protecting the pretty stainless during fab time

last pic is at 100 yds off center.. camera didnt like looking into the light... when the hi beam is on they turn the road into daylight out 1000 feet

For you klr guys with sharp eyes you will see the entire stock junky old tech speedo is gone and I have replaced it with a digital vapor.. awesome!!!

Nice upgrade! It looks so much better without all the junk on the bars.
