You can try Torque Tech, I bet they can get you a high flow cat. However, unless going to some other diameter, a stock replacement, from tests, flow almost as well as aftermarket. Cats that have collisions with tire irons, and the insides fall out, flow even better. : )

I have a Catco and love it. My exhaust is a lot louder, and it sounds really cool at any RPM.

Hedman manufactures high flow catalytic convertors. They claim it has a 23% greater flow than the OEM convertor. LMC carries them for $200 a piece, a little pricey but what isnt now.

I ordered mine from truckperformance.com. It was a universal CarSound cat for about $80
and it sounds great. It really allows my Flowmaster muffler to open up and perform. I saved
money by getting the universal. I think the direct fit was $110 or so. I only paid my
local muffler man $35 to install it.

When I got mone put on, the high flow was actually cheaper than a regular muffler by about $20. I don't remember what brand it was though
