high pion dana 60 ??

    is there any way to install a high pion dana 60 from a ford [79] f-250.like your setup but looking to use leaf springs. had plans on getting a doubler and use ford t-case behind 400-203 ..any ideas??????

    I've heard that the early for spring perches line up pretty conveniently with the GM trucks. There are compression travel issues with the pinion and the engine and crossmembers but overall it shouldn't be too bad. That's basically the best of what fords came with, we might as well make it really worth something by wrapping a GM around it........

    Check this out, Norules posted some usefull info on the FordD60s and such. (I hope this works, if not it's on the "garage forum")
