Okay I know I am enempt. It seems whenever I get my timing / idle set great It dosent last long. When it is right wheew it is allot of fun to drive, but every few trips I have to re-adjust the timing, I suspect the whole darn distribuator shitfs around. Would something cause it to do that> can I fix it.
p.s. the retaining bolt dose not get tighter.

can you move the dist. by hand? if the bolt is tight and you can still move it, it may be too long of a bolt. get a new one.
