Anybody heard of or used a 2 1/16 holesaw?
How are you drilling the holes for the 2 1/16 gauge? /forums/images/graemlins/1zhelp.gif

I think Ace hardware has an adjustable hole saw thingy. If that wont work for ya we could clamp it up in one of my mills and cut them

im thinkin just drill a 2" hole the take my dremel with a cyclinder grinding wheel and and hone the last 1/16th with it.I still need to check Ideal Saw Works and Mid-Valley bolt and see what they have.

Any local tool store should have a 2-1/16 hole saw. Not a Home Depot type store but an actual tool store like Tool Crib or something...

Ive checked several tool stores in Fresno even Grainger and they all seem to skip over 2 1/16th.They have holesaws in 16th" increments in other sizes but not 2".

What material are you using?? If is is thin sheet(16ga)or no more than .125 alum then you can use a tool called the General. Home Junko has them near the hole saws. You can adjust the size hole you need to over 6" I think. You need a drill press for this with the work clamped down tight and at slow speed and cutting oil. I have one but I do not use it anymore cause I use a trepanning tool for my mill or a boring bar.
