I'm looking at a 72 suburban with a 402. It has been converted to a fuel injection system by Holley. Anybody know anything about this system?

A friend put on on his dad's '71 and he loves it. It gave him twice as much MPG than with the Carb. It also gave him a more steady accellerator action.

Yep, I run one and love it. Have set up several others. If you get it find out what model it is. It will say on the controller box.

I have the Holley Commander 950 and love it. No problems at all. To tune these correctly, it's good to have an air/fuel ratio gauge and have someone drive while you tune. I just did mine on the dyno which is the best method. I've heard horror stories on the older Projection systems.
