Just how big is the park gonna grow? Furthermore, is there already a plan on what is gonna be done with the expansion, new trails, campsites? And if there's no plan, are they taking input or suggestions on stuff that can be done/built? /forums/images/icons/grin.gif

I'd say that it's good news! I mean yeah, it's only one trail for 4x4s, but that's a whole lot better than shutting down trails, which wouldn't be nearly as surprising as this is. I think that this should be seen as a major win for ORV users.

I'm all for expansion. I was just thinking that maybe if there was the room, a track like the one at Prairie City could be put in.

It's what, a mile long short course off road track, VORRA holds several races there a year. Other times, it's open to everyone and some racers test there. It was just a shot in the dark. My thinking was if there was a track there, it would add a little more, plus there's racers all over the Bay Area and they could use that to test since it's closer for some of them; and just maybe another race event. I just found out today that there's a short course track being built down south.

Hey Shaggy, this is a sketch I just snagged at another site, this is being done this weekend at Rialto. Thought maybe if there was room at Hollister, something like this could be done.

I never got to explore Prairie City when I went. I just went up there for the VORRA races.
