Well, I took out my moldy a$$ carpet today. NASTY RUST! I need to replace the entire floor in the bed area, as well as the interior wheel wells. Here's the question...Can I buy a replacement floor & wells somewhere? I'm getting a little freaked out, cause I'm not seeing these anywhere! Do the weld in, bolt in, or both? Thanks!

Try LMC Truck out of Kansas City. You can find them on the web and they'll send you a free catalog.

I have a bed floor I bought for another project in Kerrville, complete with wheel wells. If you want to see how it's put together, my Jimmy tub is in Boerne, just on the side of the highway at Johns Road...
A good idea from a Gen2 Blazer - http://coloradok5.com/floorremoval.shtml
Good luck

I have a current LMC catalog, & I don't see the floor. Great link on the floor removal! Phase 2 should be interesting.
Jungleboy, are you wanting to sell the floor? I could use all kinds of parts! My doors are rusted, & my rockers are phucked! I live in Bulverde, right near HWY 46 & 281. VERY close to Boerne. I'm in Houston twice a month as well.

I would look for a good bed in central Texas. You can cut a fleetside pickup bed down, that has got to be easier than trying to fit the Gen2 parts or use the 16" x 48" patch panels which are available for 67-72 trucks http://www.goodmarkindustries.com/grphx/GM%20Truck%20Photos/4143-731-67.JPG. My floor is for sale if you need it - I want $350 for it. I have a few other parts, a good LF fender (NOS) and miscellaneous small parts, but no doors or rockers.

YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I will head over there TODAY! I did speak with Goodmark about the patch panels today. I am NO welder, LOL. It looks like I'm gonna be though. I wonder if Home Depot has welding classes? RIGHT. By the time I factor in patch panels, wheel wells, & FREIGHT, it will be up there $ wise. I can't freakin believe that this Jimmy Tub is 20 minutes from here as well. PM me your # when you get a chance, & I'll give you a holler. I seem to recall seeing in another thread that you were in Peru? Thanks!

I am replacing the holez on my jimmy but instead of looking for a floorpan patch panel I bent up some sheet metal to look like the bed floor. I measured the lower slats at 1 1/4", the high slats at 1 3/8" with the risers at 1/2". Looks pretty close and I'll try to post some pictures, maybe.

yeah it aint perfect and may not be the quality that you are looking for but I was replacing the rusted out wheelwells anyway and used sections of the old ones to make the patch panels - talk about cheap!

Ok, I dont know how bad your rust is but here's what I'm doing. Since I'm replacing the old fenderwells anyway, I carved old ones up to make some patch panels for the bed. My bed's not really bad (judging by the pics on the that webshots posted earlier). Really wishing I had (at least access to) a sheet metal brake but my neighbors 1/2 steel table and a piece of angle iron did the trick. I have some pictures of a bigger section I replaced but they on my laptop..

you'll notice I like to burn hot and move fast. Wish I had a finished pic but with all the rain it's not there yet :-)

Thanks for all the replys on this crappy ass subject! I am either buying a floor from JungleBoy, or buying the floor patch panels from Goodmark. I really need to learn to weld!
