You guys may have heard this before but it was new to me. If you take out the rear end and face the diff down (pinion seal towards the ground) take off the diff cover and get MELTED LEAD and pour into the spider gears! This will serve as a lock for the gears. When you want to remove it you just heat the metal and lead will flow out. It want stick. Just an idea I thought I would pass on. Tell me what you guys think.

sounds like a decent idea, but I think what you'd have instead of a locker is a spool. A locker actually unlocks sometimes, but a spool is direct all the time. If you try it, let us know how it works out!!!

I already run lockers front and rear! My cousin actually said they do it all the time for the mud bogs in South GA. They said they never had a problem. And yes it would be more of a spool than a locker.
