My truck has a th350/205slip yoke combo. I also have a sm465/205, and a 203 gearbox from a th350.I would like to join the 203 with the 465 version 205. Has anyone fabbed their own setup? I know I can buy the kit, but I figure it will cost around 1800 loonies to get one up here. A local machine shop gave me a price over the phone of about $250 to cut and spline the 203 shaft, and I can probably fab the rest.I am wondering about lubing the front roller bearing in the 203. Is it not lubed through the hollow shaft? Thank you for any input. /forums/images/graemlins/ears.gif
