Hood support pics up...

    Hey, I finally got the right film back that had the photos on it. Sheesh, need a digital cam real bad. They arent the best pics, but here they are. The shocks are 20" long extended that I used. Take a look at a newer Chevy truck to see how they are placed so they lay down when the hood is shut. The pics didnt turn out the best, I am going to snap a couple more tomorrow, and get them up soon.

    Looks cool, funtional, light weight. I think something like that would be perfect for a 'glass hood.

    Thanks for posting the pics Thumper.
    It looks like you just drilled mounting holes and bolted these on, is that right? How long did it take you to put them on?

    Actually I used existing holes. One was a hole from the original hood spring, and the other is in a prime spot down the hood. Like I said, the pics didnt turn out as well as I thought they would, so I took more and will repost them asap.
