It's not the speedometer, it's the little plastic gears in the NP205. They're hashed. I have not been able to find the replacement plastic gears that go in the tcase for the speedo. I thought about going to the dealer, but I also want to correct the speedometer for bigger tires.
Does anyone know the formula for figuring out speedo gears? I have 3.73's ratio and want to correct for 36" tires, which should actually be 35" tall in real life.
    Anyone?

Find someone who's sppedometer you trust, or have a cop clock you when yours says you go 55. find out what theirs says. For every 2 mph you need another tooth. So if when it says your goind 55 your really going 63, then you need a gear with 4 more teeth than the one in there has.

A dealer will have a book and will get you close.
