how do i move my front axle forward?

Discussion in '1973-1991 K5 Blazer | Truck | Suburban' started by **DONOTDELETE**, Apr 24, 2001.

i read some posts a while back where a few of you guys were doing this. do you just drill a new hole and relocate the centering pin? do you just drill through the main leaf and move all the other leaves? how hard are the spring pacs to drill through. also, in theory, the farther the axle is from the center of the spring arch the stiffer the ride right? not that an inch would matter, i just want to know if i'm thinking about it right.

You'll have to enter part of the link by hand. The forum software doesn't deal well with spaces in URL's. [IMG]
