I tried to start working on my front Dana 60 yesterday, but I couldun't figure out how to remove the calipers. On my 10 bolt is as simple as removing two long bolts, but these bolts don't exist on the D60. The only thing I found was a small Allen head bolt which holds a little bracket, but couldn't figure out how to remove it. /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

    Any help appreciated.

First take out this allen head screw

Then put your punch right here and start tapping

Here it is half way out

Then after you tap the wedge out the caliper will pull right off with the greatest of ease.
