    1. Highlight the entire e-mail in blue by clicking and holdiong your left mouse button and scrolling through the whole letter.

    2. When everything you want copied is highlighted, let go of the mouse button and hit CTRL-C. This stores it for later

    3. Come here and start a post. After you introduce the letter, say "Here's the letter:". Hit enter a couple of times to start a new paragraph and then hit CTRL-V. This will bring your stored text into the post.....

    You can also right click after high-lighting...then select 'copy' and 'paste' as required.
