Its for a D60. do i just hammer the rotor off and then tighten the lug nuts back up until the rotor is back on? or is this hard and should i just leave it to the auto parts store?

thanks for the help, and sorry if this is a real stupid question

It would be better to press them in. Most NAPA's that have a machine shop will do it for just a few bucks. Just bring the whole hub/rotor assembly and let them press them both in and out.
The problem with pulling them in with the lug nut is you risk not getting them in all the way . Then they start to seat the rest of the way when you drive from the rotor heating up. Next thing you know the lug nuts flall off and you loose a wheel and if your lucky your only buying lug nuts and and another rotor. If your not lucky your getting burried next to your loved ones.
