How do you marinade your steak?

    How do you marinade your steak?

    I like to rub Janes crazy salt on then marinade in Johnboy and Billy Steak marinade, let it sit for 45-60 minutes.

    teriyaki for 3 to 4 hours sometimes longer.

    The best way i've found is Jim Beam and some spices that you like. I use tony's and some natures seasoning with a little Mrs dash.

    monkey dust, cactus powder, monkey dust heat, a little garlic powder and a small amount of blackening spice... no marinade... but i soak my woodchips in whiskey

    Whiskey, pepsi, brown sugar, salt ,pepper and garlic in a zip lock for atleast 24 hrs....

    No wet marinades here either on actual steaks (flanks steak etc I may marinade) I usually dry rub a good steak. Sea Salt, roasted garlic and peppers, black pepper.

    I'm a brisket fella myself, but when I do ribs it's sea salt, brown sugar, garlic and cayenne.
