I have a tunable firestik II I must have to adjust the antenna end to get better reception.. I can hear everyone but it's really crackle and faint... How do I adjust the end of the antenna???
I know I should post this in the cb section but I did and no one helped me...

Sounds like a bad ground to me. Didn't know about tuning at the ant. end, but could put an SWR meter in-line with a short coax and get a proper reading for your coax length, I know the length has to be near exact for the proper signal output. I got a meter from Radio Shack.
