how hard to do 203 p/t conversion?

    How difficult is the prt time kit to put into a NP203?

    I did one last year! takes longer to unbolt the housing then to actually put in the kit. Im pretty sure we did it in less the 45 min, start to finish!

    look at this it should tell you what you want to know,
    I did the shaft conversion it was easy but if you do it you need to get a new oil pump gear from GM they are like 6 bucks hope this helps
