I've been reading these posts for a while and while off-road rigs are the sh!t, just wondering how many have stock or semi-stock Blazers as daily drivers or only vehicles?

My 84 is pretty much stock...............I've done a few little changes to my emissions system(no smog laws up here YET), and upgraded a few components(3 core rad, electric fuel pump, dual exhaust), but other than a fresh paint job and a rebuilt 700r4, she's still the same rig I bought 8 years ago.

Mines my stock daily driver. Traded in my 1984 Honda Accord 2dr hatchback for my '86 K5 in November :) Only thing on it that isn't stock is the K&N Filter and the tires (31x10.50R15s). Other than that its a bone stocker.

Mine is a stocker. I still have 31" (actually 29") tires. Only mods are K&N, Flowtech headers and Flowmaster mufflers.

mine has not been stock, even when it rolled out of the showroom. I have a rare Grant GT version. Only about 250 made of them. Can't call it stock then. Currently in the process of rebuilding.

Mine is stock as far as suspension, engine, and transmission. I do have 33" BFG All-terrains on CenterLine rims, and have added a dual exhaust with Flowmaster, muffler and hi-flow cat. I gave my stock rims to my brother who is restoring a 77 blazer. My dad and I installed a brand new 350 with a Holley carburetor. The 77 needs some major body work (rust), but that new 350 sure does scream.

i thought mine was stock, but after reading this thread, i guess i'm doing alright.
i've got a fairly straight, rust-free body (gotta love california) that got a free paint job due to the mid-eighties paint recall, 33's on rims that i don't like (wanna upgrade to 35's on eagle 589's), nerf bars, cheap walmart lights that say blazer custom mounted into my airdam in front, cheap napa 6" lights hanging off the bumper hooked to reverse, dual exhaust out the back (don't do this! exit out the sides!), raised center console, overhead shelf thingie from jc whitney, custom wink mirror- as wide as the truck, and tunes by alpine.
damn. i still want to lift it, add a winch, soft-top.......

oh yeah, this is my daily driver, and the family transport on weekends and holidays. i wheel a couple times a month if i can, but if i break anything, i'm so screwed....

My Blazer is stock except for 15x10 wheels and 31 inch tires, an RV cam and a shift kit. Lots of rust on the body but the floor and bed pan are good, rocker panels? what rocker panels [IMG]. Runs great, looks like crap. 350/TH350/NP203.

Mine's a fairly stock 76'. No rust (California truck) on my 2nd motor, 2nd tranny, 2nd transfer case. True dual exh. from manifolds back..slight lift and stepping up to 35's from 33's.

My '89 is stock except for 32x11.50's instead of 31x10.50's. I am also the original owner. Drove it daily until last fall (200,000+ miles). Now driving a "beater" while I make the Blazer un-stock.

Mine is a bone stock 86 Silverado. The only addition is 31" BFG - AT - TA's. Otherwise I painted it the stock two tone black and grey with the original red striping. I drive it daily, yes I can afford the gas.

I have a stock 1990 only the pretty things added, plan to keep it that way also, however I will put in some new metal, a paint job and some poly bushings over the next two years.
