How many times have you swapped out parts on your vehicle(s)?

Im almost getting tired of constant axle swaps and other swaps... but I can do it all in my sleep now. I was just thinking about this working on my Suburban earlier... again. I've had (swapped in) 3 front ends, 2 rear ends, 2 motors, and now Im in the process of pulling the tranny and T-case for a rebuilt setup I have. Most people swap parts cause they break something... Me, I just keep changing my mind usually.

I know lots of guys I know have had, for example, a tranny in and out numerous times for a rebuild. So, whats the most times you've swapped in something?

    More examples from "the Fleet":
My orange Blazer: 2 rear ends, 4 motors (going on 5), 1 tranny/T-case.
Truck Blazer: 3 front ends, 3 rear ends (going on 4) and 3 motors, 1 tranny
My GMC: 2 rear ends (going on 3), 3 front ends, 2 motors, 1 tranny
Camo Blazer: 1 rear end, 2 front ends, 1 motor
    Plow Truck: 2 front ends
    ETC...

    Parts trucks (parts pulled): Countless

3rd front end (prolly the last one)
3rd rear end (second 14 bolt)
    second SM465
third clutch (leaky rear main seals kill clutches)
    second T-case
    third set of rear springs
    fourth set of front fenders
    third set of doors
    second core support
    second motor
    fourth exhaust system
sixth set of tires (5 different sizes)
    third tailgate
    fourth set of front seats
    third dash pad
    seventh stereo
    second hard top
second set of bumpers (soon to be replaced)
    second rear half of body

Basically there really isn't a bolt that hasn't been turned at least once on my truck. The only sheetemtal original to the truck is the firewall/cowl/steel half cab.

I've had it stripped down to almost nothing a few times now (for various reasons). Most every swap has been an upgrade of some sort.

original 3.08 10B swapped for 3.73 10B...eventually swapped for my current 3/4ton setup. I will have to swap a front again when I find the right front D60.
swapped out the 350 for the 406
    R&R'd 700R4 and NP241 for rebuild.
