how much should a 700R4 rebuild cost?

    i can't take my tranny out, so the shop will have to. how much should i be paying for a rebuild? i wan't stronger clutches and what goes with that, put in also.
    what prices should i look for?

    Your looking anywhere from $500 to $700-750 for everything in a bench top rebuild depending on whats needed, pump, valvebody, servo, etc. Shop around my last one cost $625 and has 122,000 mi on it.

    Your area of the country makes a big difference. Around here, you will not get it done (with R&R) for less than $1100 - $1200.
