Is this stuff real rough to the touch? I do a lot of work with cabinets and I was wondering if the herculiner would really be tuff on them. Also, how is it to the touch, like crawling on it.

it great way to skin a cat, destroy knees and scratch the hell outta anything. It hurt like hell when i drug my knee across it loading some metal.

don't do it, not with expensive wood work, IMO

Man I wouldn't want it near wood work either. I have it on the tub of my K5 and it has awesome traction, but I wouldn't be caught with bear skin on it.
