How to hook up rock lights???

    What is the best way to wire up some rock lights???

    yea but how exactly do you hook up the wires, sorry I am not exactly good with electrical stuff.

    LOL I'd suggest buying a electrical wiring book and read it first, otherwise your just going to get into a mess. thats what I will be doing; getting a few books.

    Red wire goes to positive Black goes to negative. get a couple of relays. They have a simple schematic on the box. Get a couple of switches or one depending on how you want them wired. Follow the scematics on the realy boxes, and use two different colored wires to prvent getting them mixed. Make good connections and splices and secure all wireing out of the way. /forums/images/graemlins/waytogo.gif

    What kindove relay do I need to get??? Can I get them at like homedepot or such??

    you'd have better luck getting relays at a car audio store, i think
