how to measure springs

    I have a set of rear lift springs but i dont know what lift they are. How can i figure this out?

    I called superlift and told them the height..

    put them on the ground with eye hooks on the ground....and spring perch side up.... and measure from ground to top of spring.... they can usually give ya an idea...
