Ok, time for 383 to stand on the ol' milk crate and pee on the opinion's of all the bleeding hearts. Here is what I think should be done with this shooter, I refuse to call him a sniper because he isn't, he is just a killer. I think a good way of punishing him would be to put him in a city like setting, a large deserted town if you will.

Next, Turn him loose ...unarmed... And tell him here are the rules.." Dont get shot. "

Next...The rules are to give weapons to the family members of the victim's and let them try like hell to shoot him, and video tape him running, hiding in garbage cans, and degrading himself to needing to lay on the ground while he pumps his gas. Watch him suffer like a cornered rat, get repeatedly shot at and continue to attempt to survive. Even more fun for the kitty would be to set some snares, booby traps, and mines around this large enclosed city. Hell, throw in some hungry animals too! /forums/images/graemlins/usaflag.gif

I"m sure all the bleeding hearts will be flogging me and saying that is cruel and unlike punishment, but I say....

    .

/forums/images/graemlins/usaflag.gif GOOD, THATS THE POINT /forums/images/graemlins/usaflag.gif

Kinda what I had in mind, but chain their sorry asses to a post instead. Don't even let them run and hide. Fire an occasional close shot to stir up the dirt around their feet once every few minutes. But make every consecutive shot closer and closer and closer...........

I like that way of thinking. Not sure if it is "right" but I feel the same way.
