A quick way to see if it draws power is to turn the dome light on and press the switch. If the light dims, that means the motor IS getting power and TRYING to work. A quick power draw test. If it doesn't dim, You more than likely have a wire problem. Is it just 1 window?? It's common when the trucks get older that the wires that go to the door, through the jam, break from the constant flexing.

other than that, is to pull door apart and do a voltage drop test AT the motor.
