I just put it a new stock 350ci crate motor in my 76 K5. This is the motor that is rated at 250hp. I installed a (mild) x-treme comp cam, New Edel. Q-Jet & performer manifold, All MSD ignition, headman headers, K&N filter, everything else is new as well (water pump etc...... This truck is set up for med wheeling. The throttle response is great and through 4500 rpm it continues to pull well...

Anyone want to give a guess on the hp/torque???

    Thanks....

Well the 250 hp is with tube headers and open exhaust, so you can take the headers out of the mix as a power adder.

    "Flywheel" numbers at sea level:

    280 Hp @ 4800 rpm
    325 ft-lb of Torque @ 3200 rpm

You gonna run it on a dyno?
