I finally found rust on my Blazer today - there's a little spot about the size of a baseball on the passenger floorboard underneath the carpet padding - it took nearly 15 minutes to get it all scrubbed off and coated with Extend. I'm just not sure if I can ever look at my previously rust free Blazer the same way again[IMG]

Just make the kids paint it that would solve both your problems and by the time they were done your kids the truck and the entire house would never rust[IMG][IMG]

That floor looks like the one in my old 78 PU that I had in Fl.
I didn't realize how bad it was until the drivers side of the seat fell through at a stop light. [IMG]

Haha, you outta go for a ride with me in my '81. I have to give a tutorial to the passengers when they step into the truck so they step on the right spots so there foot doesn't go through the floor. I'm not making this up either. Well Pugsley it sounds like its time to bedline your floor. I wouldn't be to sad or mad because carpet and insulation hold water like no other and the only thing protect that metal is just some paint.
