    no debt is nice, i just paid off my truck, only 6 grand left on the mini, now i just gianed 120000$ in debt

    Sheeit, what you whining about? You know what housing costs out here in the Bay Area? I bought a <1000sf 2-1 (granted with a relatively big lot) and it's something like half a mill. :eek1:

    My mom and her husband sold their crackerbox house in Martinez a few years ago for something like $225K. Ten years prior it had appraised right around $100K. The house I live in is like forty five times bigger, twenty years newer and it could probably get $70K.:D

    It sounds good on paper but I'd rather have fun now.
    Debt? I'm closing on my 2nd house next month in Fl.
    Now I'll have one in the mountains and one near the beach.
    If it wasn't for debt & good credit, I wouldn't have much in my pockets to play with. Debt can be a good thing if you know how to make money off it/there money. $.0000000002
