Well, today I just picked up my "new to me Blazer"
It's a 1983 Silverado K5. I'll have pics scanned in tonight or tomorrow.. Have to watch the world series! !!
She's a beaut !! except for her punched in nose. Someone hit a pole with it.. but it's not to bad. God only knows I have enough parts here to build another complete Blazer!!!

It's better to have it and not need it. Than to need it and not have it !

From the posts I've seen, I don't think rocko is gonna have any problem with support from his angel.

You got that right.. I let her drive the Blazer today, I couldn't get her out from behind the wheel. Plus our other Blazer is almost all back together except for the engine.
I'm scanning in the pics of the new one now.. The pics of our project are on our member's site's listing.

No problem with support from this end....who do you think encourages him? Besides that makes 1 82' Blazer/Jimmy in the garage under construction...1 '83 Blazer that actually leaves the driveway...1 97' Jimmy (mine!) Ok it's an S series, but still... and '98 S-10 Zr2....think we have enough toys? I am just as bad as he is..... :)

I'm ready... I'm doing some small things to the Blazer now, Replacing the front bumper and putting my 88 grille on it.
Then she's ready. Just need some good off road tires.
Drove the New K5 to the Junkyard yesterday with all the rain we've been having, and the Pirelli "scorpion" all terrains packed in the mud.. and let me say it was interesting. Almost got stuck..
I believe new tires are in order..
