Did you get the regular greatest hits (which is 1 disc) or the new one, Rancho Texicano, The Very Best of ZZ Top, which is 2 disc?

I dunno about anyone else, but I like ALL greatest hits CD's...its not like buyin a new release and wondering if you'll like it or not. Best of's are the only way to go IMO.

Best ofs are good for bands you only kind of like and bands that put out a lot of one hits, but for bands like Metallica and others, there's no greatest hits, because they all rock to a degree

It's also good for old bands

Ok, ive got that one too.

The only reason i used to buy greatest hits CD's was because i didnt have a burner and i get sick of changing CD's. Now i just buy them to have them. Like the Eagles, i have all there stuff on vinyl, most of the individual albums on CD, and i have 3 greatest hits and Hell Freezes Over. And yet i wonder where my money goes /forums/images/graemlins/whistling.gif

I have most of his songs on my computer /forums/images/graemlins/ignore.gif but I wanted to "buy" one so I have an actual CD. I probably have some of his albums too, I'll take a picture of all my dads records tonight...
