I guess sometimes the sirens do mean something!

    Well, we have weather warning sirens in our village - but they go off all the time and most of us tend to ignore them. On saturday they were going off as usual and we had a really hard rain and then sun -- I looked out the front window and saw this. Turns out it had already totally trashed a few houses and was on its way out of town. Just after I took these it went back up into the cloud and was done; at the time of the pics it was about 70 feet in diameter and about 1 mile from my house. Luckily no one was seriously hurt :crazy: .

    Yeah man, sometimes those sirens are too late! That's why I always have the weather channel turned on on nasty days like those.
