I loved the article Colorado K5 A guide to Packing for the trail very informative.
and on the subject of NATO gas cans here is a good place to look
    http://www.sportsmansguide.com/
They have Swiss Military surplus 5 GAL gas cans for $11.97 new $9.97 used
Sportsman's guide is a very reliable company I order thu them all the time and the tell
you 3 to 6 weeks for delivery but I have never waited longer then a week.

Just type Gas can in to the Keyword Search Search for a specific item, category or brand. It's half way down on the left.

For those interested in these and in the Twin Cities MN area. There is a Sportsmans Guide in South St Paul by the stock yards.
